Our new Play in a Day workshop “All Change” is proving to be just as popular with secondary schools  as in primary. Secondary schools are booking on or around the date of their transition day.

In secondary schools we are delivering the full day’s participatory workshop with a group of year 7 or 8 students either on or around the transition date. Those students would then perform back to ALL the year 6’s from the feeder primaries coming up to the school either to begin the transition day – or to round it off nicely.

We all know that there will be common fears and apprehensions felt by many of teh children moving up to big school – so tis workshop is a fantastic way of addressing those issue – and by having a year 7 or 8 group perform….. it is also a lovely introduction between those students and the new year 7’s to be.

As many transition day’s are scheduled around the same time…  the July calander is already looking very full! Konflux’s workshop leader’s are going to have a very busy summer term!!
